In October, I took part in campaign for ministers of Nuist Ris Center. It was a failed election. I couldn't remember the exact date. Nevertheless, I want to describe the situation and my thoughts.

  I often thought other things before the election. I asked myself," what are my strengths and weaknesses? Can I arrange my time and energy reasonably? Can I improve my grades at the same time? I asked many people what I should do. They encouraged me to run. Unfortunately, I won't seize the opportunity. I watched TV and played games, but I didn't think seriously about what questions that they would ask. What should I say?

  It was raining hard on election day, but there are many people running for election. So I felt very nervous. My friends and families encouraged me all the time. My performance was terrible when it's my turn to discuss the reasons of election with four ministers. They asked me a few questions which I have ever thought about. I should have been happy, but I didn't because I won't think about the answers. Thus, I didn't know how to talk about with them. Eventually, I just wanted to end it. When I walked out of the election room, I felt sad and dissatisfied. I knew I was going to lose the election. After a few days, the new list of ministers was coming out. My name was not one of them.

  I carefully summed up the reasons for failure. Firstly, I didn't have enough preparation. I spent much time and energy on useless things. Secondly, I underestimate the enemy. I didn't take the competition seriously. Finally, my idea was not firm. I didn't try my best to do it.

In short, if you want to reach your goal, please do your best. That's the deepest feeling I've ever lost.
