With the frequency of violence on campus, increasing people is beginning to realize the seriousness of this situation. As a result, the most controversial topic that how can we effectively resist the occurrence of campus violence has aroused general concern.

When it comes to this issue, people's opinions vary from person to person.Quite a few citizens are in favor of the idea that the school should take full responsibility for it considering campus violence usually happens at school.However, the other citizens disagree. They point out the fact that campus violence can be extended to any place, including home.

There is some truth in both opinions. As far as I am concerned, the causes of campus violence are so complex that we cannot accurately judge who is the most responsible. But one thing I can be sure of is that when we are faced with the resistance to campus violence, the power of school and parents is both indispensable. For one thing, taking account of that most of the students' interpersonal communication happens on campus, the school is obliged to rule out the potential safety hazards for students. For another, parents should always communicate with their children to learn about the child's current state of mind, which can be an effective way to find out about campus violence as soon as possible.

In a word, since we can't completely rule out campus violence, we should take remedial measures as soon as it happens. To resist campus violence, neither school nor parents can be absent.
