Nowadays, with the hit Summer TV show named The Rap of China, there is a craze for Hiphop culture and it soon become a fashion icon among youths. Set aside the clothes, music and behaviours which are deliberate imitation of America street style, some so-called "rapper" misinterprets the definition of Hiphop culture, they post some pictures about drug or luxuries on social website and write vulgarity and nonsense words in lyrics, some of which even are popular among teenagers. All of these may leave an impression to teenagers that Hiphop is full of violence, conspicuous luxury, and rebel, moreover, this impression may lead our children to believe those unsuitable behavior is cool and fashion, being in their age of being unable to judge well between right and wrong.

In my view point, it is high time for our government cleared and purified the music markets, and it is government's duty to guide the development of cultural markets. Although various music for spiritual entertainment is what we need, vulgar music is an excrescence on music markets which makes itself under the banner of Hiphop but runs in opposite direction to the real definition of Hiphop, we should resolutely resist it.

What I am saying is that some things could be written in artistic creation but absolutely can not exist in real life within the ambit of law in our country. I wish our rappers, singers or other artists can have their own characters but take care of their behavior and words in front of public as well as grasping an appropriate scale of creations.
