A couple of days ago, my classmates ask me a question, "Are there some changes after you successfully lose weight?" As a matter of fact, this question didn't bother me and I poured no attention to it before. However, I indeed realize various changes appear after weight loss.

The first change is that the ability to accomplish something, like climbing a ladder or doing pull-ups, improves effectively. Climbing a high ladder may not be as difficult as before. There is no denying that we're able to do something with ease when we drop extra fat. And the second change emerged is that a mounting number of individuals, even those friends seldom talked with me, are willing to contact me and go close to me. It's phenomenon that surprises me most. Even if there is a preparation that I make in advance, the consequence also shocks me at some extent. Some of them are caught up in that how I achieve it and what methods I employ. Some of them make friends with me just because of my new appearance.And it makes me know which one is my real friend who desn't care about what I look like.

Moreover, there are few interesting questions being raised. For instance, " do you being sick?" or " do you take a cosmetic surgery?"These questions also are changes that how others treat me.

In a word, after weight loss, numerous changes emerge and a new life for me begins, too.
