I made some goals for this year last week, one of them is go to the gym at least once each week.Today I did it. I think it`s a good start for me, and I hope I can keep on it.
Actually I often went to gym last year, and I made a goal to attend the half distance malathion this year, I had achieved a lot of process on it. But since I joined in a new company, I seldom go to the gym, I became lazy and lazy, and my weight increased to nearly 75kg. It is realy bad, I can`t tolerate it any more.
Today is a good start, although I don`t achieve the same performance than previous, but I believe if I keep on it, I will recover and beyond it soon.
I think I can`t finish the half distance malathion this year, but it is also my goal, I believe I can do it.
