Today I heard the podcast Open Language like usual. I pick one lesson randomly with a very bad mood and it happens to be a book interpretation about truth quest.
The lines of one selection go like this:
If you're brave enough to leave behind everything familiar and comforting, which can be anything from your house to bitter, old resentments, and set out on a truth-seeking journey, either externally or internally, and if you are truly willing to regard everything that happens to you on that journey as a clue and if you accept everyone you along the way as a teacher, and if you are well-prepared, most of all, to face and forgive some very difficult realities about yourself, then the truth will not be withheld from you.
I dare not say that I can get the full wisdom behind these words, but I do get a moment of peace after hearing it.
Maybe We all have some life-long struggling, ups and downs, we just have to learn how to get along with them. Sometimes give ourselves a break, and cheer a little bit. Just keeping telling yourself: always stay positive.
