An old, lost, ancient software bought in the AI age !!!
The story is just in the title, we bought a software which is old-designed, unfriendly-interfaced, harder to use than paper, extra difficulty towards daily, and also expensive. This is at work, I wouldn't explain much about my daily work routine to make the story more understandable, for that is too complicated. As a word, I am a researcher for the Gov.
That is exactly why we should sit together to discuss such a terrible "software" at realistic detailed operation process which is apparently waste of energy and time!!! Why they could sold such an awful online product when the AI is highly usable in this age, and we are here compulsively to achieve it, instead of discussing to find a more friendly one?
I am short of words to explain my unpleasant. We are trying to use some "new, seems-good, asking by rules" computer methods at work to get rid of all paper, maybe it is convenient for someplace else. But exactly not the ugly operating system in front of me, asking me to use with no refuse.
Neighter do we have computer background, nor our work related to computer things. But I do have the confidence to say: If I have 3 month, I can provide something better than the "rubbish" in front of me. How much they paid to the "big man" in order to sell this rubbish to us?
Besides, that is already a "product", which means: no way to accept revise idea ! It just like a graduate homework from university student: it has all the part which is asked for, and else? Nothing.
