I always think how many reasons that can improve your emotion , finally , you will lose yourself

1 . just watch it and do not touch anything else any more 

although we know that only see one thing is wrong , but , most of us just can't control , emotion always emotion . there is other way to explain it --- we put too much spirit to the one which that we can feel , we can touch , we can see and less to the future . 

2 . feel and enjoy the great result that it brings to you , compare to pass which brings some terrible feeling to you (lose attack)
