I think the best vocation I've ever taken was when I went to Sanya of Hainan province with my mother and my little daughter in the early March. Usually, I took my trip by train, but it got old, real fast. So this time we went there by plane.
We arrived the airport at 6:00am. We checked in, then headed to security screening. The security staff checked our boarding passes to our IDs, then we need to place our all belongings and carry-on luggage in the bins and have them scanned by the X-ray machine. We needed to put liquids and electronic devices in separate and individual bins. One passager took milk and baby food on board in carry-on luggage, the security officer asked her to taste it.
Then we headed to our boarding gate. Checked out boarding passes for the terminal and gate number, followed the signs and we were directed to the area. We got our boarding passes and IDs ready, the flight attendant at the boarding gate will check again before they let us board the plane. We were finally on the plane. I put our carry-on luggages in the overhead compartment and put my daughter's handbag under seat in front of us. Got my child settled in her seat, buckle up and fasten the seat belt for her. The passager with a baby below two years usually needs a seat belt extension.
The plane is climing up, I told my little daughter try to to swallow so that her ears won't feel uncomfortable. When we high up above the cloud, the filght attendants offered us drinks and meals. Just tell what you want and she will serve it to you. There are bathrooms on both sides of the aisle. Look at the window, we were fiying high in the sky.
After four hours, we were back on the ground again. We unbuckle the seat belt until the plane comes to a complete stop. Before we could leave, we have to claim our checked-in luggages. The luggages of our flight would be distributed at luggage carousel. I found a cart to put them on after I took of the luggage from carousel.
We are readdy, Sanya city, here we come.
