One day, Europe was playing on a lawn. She was a beautiful girl, with golden hair, and rosy cheeks. She was wearing a veil robe and her hair was flowing. She played on the grass, plucking flowers and making a garland for herself. Zeus saw her in heaven. He fell in love with Europe. He transformed into a bison and landed on the lawn. It was a lovely bison, with cream plump body and sturdy hoofs, and curving horns. Europe frolicked with the bison cheerfully.
A breeze blew. The bison looked tame and lowered its body, allowing Europe to ride on it. Europe rode onto the bison and the bison trotted. Then it sprinted across the lawn. Europe grew fearful but she was tempted to ride on. The bison galloped until they arrived at seashore. Europe was flurried. At the moment, the bison swam into the cold sea water and the sea water parted into a water channel. They crossed the water channel together and Europe held onto the bison firmly. Latter, they arrived on an island thriving with greeneries. Europe married Zeus and bore him several children, and the continent was named Europe.
