These days I am horrified by the way AI scrutinizes my writings, of which every detail carries flaws, and I almost make up my mind to only write in Chinese and translate it into English as if the latter were still written by myself—after all, the thoughts and ideas are still mine, so that I don’t feel ashamed too much. However, AI is still just a “machine”, and once I reach the upper limit of tolerating its “authority”, the trust in my “authentic human creativity” still defeats the “counterfeit lifeless programs.” Finally, I go back to the start, writing articles first in English and reviewing them to get rid of as many flaws as possible.
Dempsey: I have been trying to ask AI questions instead of directly throwing the whole writing task to it. Thank you for your comment!
Xtasy: Yeah, this is exactly the approach I recommend: write first, then ask AI to refine your work and learn from the feedback.
Dempsey: But what if I hardly agree with it? Should I "challenge the master"?
