Six months i'v been this company, look backward no much more communication with my staffs, the normal talkings we have, just the sense of failure, i know the basic moral regulation how to get well along with others, but disapointed lots of time i sat there hearing what they are talking about, also i wanted to join in, you know the feeling u would like to say sth but just stuck by sth, afraid that i would say sth wrong, on the other hand as if they would laugh at what i said, one or two times after i said sth about their topic they stumbed, i don;t know why。if their thoughts thought over things in a definately different way, or they are all married, forcus  more on their home. they would talk about how much price the vegitable had arised. how lovely their daughters are...

I realise that my characterise is quiet not talktive. i just want to keep things in an easy way. you say i say, u say while i quiet as i don;t wanna join these topics.

In work, undoubtfully i'v learnt the skill in Doc.a little with other spheres like Purchase, Customs Examination, Transportation, Packing Way...

Hope i could stay here for a long time for the sake of money......
