be more patient, it's on the routine as rule, firmly believe do youself well and honestly, 

it's not on purpose to meet others, just be yourself, 

all the time, all the way, like this, even don't let everyone like or understand, but it's free and ture;

as before, my stuff work is full, as my seat is at the first, everyone will ask me this or that, blur...

where is the sample put, or sign the delivery, or who is A or B by the courier, 

why your order doc. is same A and B, which the series no. is different, 

I have a look at the doc. and rendering, be calm, there is not any mistake, the mesh band color is different, one is silver, one is gold, 

my information is correct, pls don't say wrong, pls read carefully,

at here, perhaps, other aspect, people always checked the problem by others, not own, which got used by myself, 

but importantly be well and correct, which is my attitude to work, and life;

one Turkey customer did build the business relationship with current company in 2015, the order style is few,

in Feb. 2016, I came in, and the running project is passed to me, without any information at all, 

handle all starting from the beginning, there are over 80 models new till now, from quotation by one image only, then make the rendering, issue PI, blur, technical drawing, issue internal ERP bom doc., everything is about myself, it's not easy to be patient, one model by different band, leather strap, mesh band, solid band, then totally 23 version each, all details joined through me, luckily it's very nice to work with customer, each meeting, one full day, half day for running parts checking, one by one, half day for new orders, very efficient, really appreciate, did learn a lot from it and what's more really don't know how big protenial myself, 

even tough, rich experience;

Later on, one trade company customer did run RMB2 million each year, but many little things, very upset and crazy,

at times, really lose patience to work with them anymore,

everything is clear at boss's eye but he didnot say anything, as did make rich profit and deal with it well, which don't let him worry,

one Malaysia customer, it's same upset, everyone know it well, how come, it's nice to get the payment even complaint now and then,

Canada, Pakistan, Japan, HK, Moroco, Hungary, Korea, Philippine, even working is not often but still keep record and send the renderings, samples, blur..

I did report to show that one HK trade company, maybe I can have new spirit to develop new customer and have more energy to handle current customer after drop it to others, frankly speaking, should keep the balance each sales, anyway it's really hard to say;

It's the story, someone did follow up, how about? at times, will ask me this or that, and the coworker in that trade company, will remind me,

actually should be independent, at least I did require myself, around one month, I do the utmost to handle by myself, donot ask the ex-worker,

recently it's full, it's shown out, nobody keep cool all the time, what's more shout out, didnot get high salary, ask this and that, by someone;

for the sales amount, even there is big difference for the basic part, but for the profit, there is difference, and it's higher this year,

someone did know how to get on own, but it's the team, should have the teamwork, what's more should keep the balance between right and responsibility well; 

One time, be asked, if have the chance, will you have a try? I deny at that moment, 2 years and 6 years one, how to compare, even there is not positive difference, but pls be fair to see;

At least, everything is very clear in God's eyes, 

just do yousefl well and you will deserve it someday, perhaps not here, but the chance will visit you;
