He says success is “you persist a little longer than others”. So it is not easy for anyone to be successful, and there isn’t a shortcut, instead, there must be a very tough, bitter and long-time process to go through. For most successful people, their success comes from several years’ efforts and devotions. Therefore, perseverance is truly very important for all of us.

Sincerely speaking, I’ve read many articles and reports about the successful people in all kinds of fields, and there are also legendary stories about the young generations of elites. Each time after reading those things, I would be greatly inspired, while on the other hand, I would also feel frustrated and doubtful about my own life. As a result, the jealousy and imbalance in my heart drag me away from my plans again and again. From this, I have to admit I’ve failed and I am a loser. The extreme sense of frustration and failure drives me to have a deep reflection about myself, I find what makes me fail should not be totally ascribed to “jealousy or imbalance ” things, the very reason is that I am too desired for a rush success. As soon as I realize this, I know what I should do is to persist constantly.

Compared to those who wants to be famous overnight “by some certain chances or means”, I have greater admiration for people like Yue. Invisibly, I am more likely to be such kind of person. Maybe, I should give myself some more time, and persist for a longer time.

Rome wasn’t built in a day. I should remember perseverance is the key to success. Don’t give up, don’t give in, just persist and step forward. Time can test everything.
