This time Fred asked us to say something about Ads. It reminds me of a classic ad recommended by Wangwei, my favourite Chinses teacher in senior high school. Then I searched out his blog address to see this softhearted ad again. And it moved me again.

 

This ad was made in Taiwan. When you first see it, you'll surely be confused at the content of it. Here I try to retell the whole ad for you, and you're surely moved by this. I bet it.

 

A little girl was crying near the street. It was said that she lost the fisrt ice-cream in her life. Then the little girl grew up, but from one day, the granddad who sold ice-cream and loved her very much  never turn up again. Later, she failed to marry her first lover. After giving birth to a baby, she found her husband spent more time on work than her. Her son grew up and found his lover. She found that the son also liked to be taken care by others. Later, the son and her daughter-in-law gave an ice-cream shop to her. But she was down with an illness. She really wanted to make an ice-cream for her granddaughter by herself. She cried saddly. Several days later on her funeral, everybody was given an icr-cream including her granddaughter.Suddenly this scene was full of tender feelings. Then an ad slogan appeared: Wananshengming , to help you say goodbye in the way you want.

 

Yes, It's an ad about funerary industry. It's made for Wananshengming Company, a company concerning funerals.

 

As we all know, death is a scaring word containing clod, frightening, sad and any kind of negtive words. But this ad gave us a kind of tender feeling which impressed me alot. I never thought any ad can make me warm and even make me move to cry. But this time, I was really moved. I love this kind of ads.
