I want to improve my drawing skills

It's been a long time (exactly more than 10 years) that i didn't see my uncle who is a religious buddhist in a temple.However he left a number of Chinese painting on landscapes in my grandmother’s home. When i was a little boy,i often went to my grandmother’s home for viewing these works of art. It was certain that my uncle had a great influence on me and let me strongly fall in love with painting.It's my dream that to be a professional and qualified painter in future and deeply rooted in my mind for a long time untill i graduated from middle-school.
With the years had gone on. I had to get ready to face many challenges on the examination, on getting into a good university.Especially to the graduation from universiry and going to work.I rarely had enough time on painting and it's become my after-hours hobbies. But every time traveling for new discoveries and perspectives at various galleries and museums over the corner of China. When i watch a beautiful sunset or appreciate a great arts,I will still have a strong desire to draw them and want to keep it in my memory forever.
The only question is how to improve my drawing skills now ?
Firstly, i have no professional and based theory of art or painting .
Second, No enough opportunity to study to art experts on artistic technique.
Third, Draw every day may be a good way but time cost.
Nowadays i make a plan for everything and establish time management for every mission.
That'll greatly improve my work/study efficiency, which will do me a great favor to get extra 30 minuts on painting or do something else like writing.
The following picture is my simple works painted six months ago.

The inner power for motivating me to go forward is the strong curiosity on the knowledge、the desire to get rid of the disorderly mood which is easily affected by things outside and the the pursuit of pleasure in life .
Until recently i think i'm successful in living in the pure of my heart without any annoying or depression .

- Yes i had the same feeling as your when i graduated from my school and started to work . Time is not enough to read, to travel with friend or even accompany my family to take a walk, let alone to pursuit what you really want to do. So in a period of time i read lots of books on the time management to better bad situation .

Finally i find everything can be done if you have a good time management habbit . For example, This year through utilizing reasonably my spare time , i successfully achieved the read my favorit ancient Chinese literature two books "水浒传" and ”廊桥遗梦”
Recently i'm still reading the book on the time management 《奇特的一生》—— （苏）格拉宁著。 I hope it is also useful to you to change your life .

- If we truly love a thing, we will finally free time up for it. I love the nose you painted.I also tried to paintig in my high school, but I can't control myself to draw an ugly nose everytime.

- Drawing a portrait requires more attention to the proportion, shapes and forms which are some of the important quality in a good drawing....
Did you do this drawing by copying? If yes, put on a wall your drawing and the picture from which you have copied side by side, an eye level, then stand back and compare them carefully to find the differences between them. Check the nose, check the proportion -- the distance from the bottom of the nose to the bottom of the chin....
Let me know whether you find the area that need to be fixed.

Everytime a copy picture must be needed before starting my drawing .
So i need to spend much time looking at the copy from different angle.
but sometimes i also drawed a picture with real thing like a pot , a tree or a book .
