After all, Not everyone can be Epicurus or Sir Mr Da Vinci to imitate closely their special and unique mode of action. So another alternative sleep schedule is arriving and named " Everyman sleep schedule ( 3.5 hours major sleep episode and three 20-minute power naps).
Under this sleep schedule , it's available and workable for everyone to the practice of sleeping multiple times in a 24-hour period. so that by in that time i also would like to have a try on this common popular approach on my work and study . but i failed .
However, Owing that sleep schedule does not imply any particular sleep schedule. So many factors need to be taken into consideration. The following reasons are the major events that urge me to stop it :
1- Typical working day from 9 to 5 dosen't allow me to operate.
2- Need to end such experiment because of my family or friend's objections ( no more time to travel or do other joyful thing).
3- It's easy to disrupt my biological clock and circadian rhythms.
4- Eventually cause me to suffer the same negative effects such as decreased mental and physical ability, increased stress and anxiety etc.
