been in the study room for a whole day.

so tired now...i left my dormitory at 8:00 in the morining and the after eating the breakfast i went to the study noom and then studying......maybe i had not had a good sleep last night though i did not go to bed too late,and i still felt sleepy when studying.what shall i do,and do you have any good suggestion when feeling sleepy while studying?
in the afternoon, instead of going back to my dormitory to have a sleep,i went to the book store to buy a magzine to read at the study noom which i think is a good way to have a relax.
and then the afternoon and the night.studying and studying.doing homework and homework.

- You'd better schedule your time effectively. I don't think it is wise to study all the way without rest. Please remember, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

Please remember, all work and no play makes Jthank you for your suggestion!i know you are quite right,but what shall i do if there is only one day left with so much homework to do and so many lessons to be revised?i know the rest ,so while i felt tired,i would lay on the desk to have a short sleep or read some magazines listening ti the music.after studying for a whole day,i felt rich in mind.
