Applying for a job can be a negative experience

Applying for a job which can easily to get an offer but lost at last can be a negative experience.We have to state clear that what kind of job can be a bad experience .We have to list it. People are willing to demonstrate perfectly especially in their job interview.Some mediocre results during the interviews may let them feel frustrated and they think back to them again and again.Finally they don't want to try one more time.
Successfully or not, applying for a job is a valuable experience.

- Interviews are not always fair. A lot depends on the interviewers personal preferences. Very often they choose people for the appearance rather than work abilities. I don't believe interview can be fair. Should there be no interviews for job applicants then the whole work scene could be different and we may have people who can work well rather than look good.

TYes truly understood and it is time for change or it is the company themselves who suffer because they are not getting the best employees because of their own preferences or "connections".
