Don't Cry, Girl
L,One of my best friends in college recently is quite not herself owing to her breakup in love affair. Since we are bosom friends, she often shares her love story with me.
At first, it was her who took initiative to contact that boy. And he then actually regarded L as his common friend. But it doesn't matter, she supposed they would be on good terms. unreserved and brave, she made her mind to express her feeling to the boy. As was expected, he was greatly shocked and get calm down later on. He neither refused her nor promised to get into the love relationship, which encouraged L to keep in touch with him. As time goes by, they get more and more familiar,but their relationship doesn't get upgraded smoothly. Because he rarely offered to phone or text her, she sensed he was not that into her according to her sensitive mind. However, she doesn't want to give up. Instead, she continues to keep in touch with him. For heaven's sake, the boy begins to have good feeling to her and even a little love her.
In any case, the progress is not that smooth. L often felt heartbroken when thinking of the boy. As a good friend, I should have told her that it won't do any good. And actually I did say that, but things are never controlled by ourselves. She just couldn't keep down her feelings. Still as time goes by, she finds out she is too tired to let the "love" continue. She determined to give up, to end. Well, it doomed to be an unpleasant ending.
So these days she remains unhappy and looks pale. Even cry in a small corner when she is alone. she doesn't talk much. All kinds of symptoms are lovelorn. Perhaps love is just a matter of one person.
There are plenty of fish in the lake. If you shed tears when miss the sun, you will miss also the stars. So, girl, come on. Everything will be all right. It merely takes time to let it go and start a new beginning. Trust me, a better one is on his way to meet with you, know about you and love you.
