Grasping the last few minutes of the year of 2011, I made a deep reflection. Calling back to 2011, I should say it is a harvest year. This year, I achieved a lot, not only in my work, but also in my interpersonal relationship. And also at the meantime, I lost many things that are precious for me.

At the end of 2011, I do not want to condemn my faults, even though I did not do well in some aspects. I just wanna reflect myself to take a good lesson and ensure that in the coming year I can make a good performance.

Summary of the year of 2011:

1         I have mastered basic advertising paper writing.

2         I am getting familiar with cosmetic industry such as some basic knowledge of products, formula, programming and package etc.

3         I have made acquaintances with some people. I must admit that the interpersonal relation is my big obstacle. Sometimes I am just afraid of talking with strangers even if I am a mad person when I stay with my friends. I think I should strengthen this aspect to improve myself. After all, interpersonal relation is vital in our daily life and work.

4         What I must mention is English. Working for one and a half year, my English is not as good as before. Owing to comfortable and ease life, many times, I just forget struggling for my objectives. With the time passed by, I regret for what I have wasted. This is really bad. 2012, I must overcome all these drawbacks to make myself better.

Objective of the year of 2012:

1         Keep studying all the time and achieve the goal I set.

2         Improve my interpersonal skills to set a more harmonious relationship with people.

3         Try to access many different fields of books to make myself knowledgeable and make a good foundation for my future career.

4         Practice myself to express my ideas in public. Improve the ability to make a speech.

Anyhow, no matter how the plan is wonderful, action counts. So just take action and fight for a new future! I believe I can. Also I believe all of you can set a clear goal for New Year and make a great change for your life. Here, I just say 2012 is not the ending, but a start. So all guys just stand up and fight for your dreams! Finally, allow me to say happy New Year to all you guys! May you have a smooth year, a wonderful life and a bright future!
