Four years again, the world cup is to kick off tonight in Russia. Actually I am not a fan of any team. I just like the play and admire those players who demonstrate their best performance.
I started to love football when I was in grade four at the primary school. That time I knew the rules of game from the PE teacher who told us some news and stories of its origination and development. Gradually I with some other classmates were falling in love with the football.
Every day after school, we gathered on the playground and played around. Though we were not professional, we had fun. That was the best moment in my memory of football.
I focused on classes and did not have much time playing it after I entered the middle school. Since then football became the talking only happened between classes. But my love on the football never declines. In the game I see many things, and it teaches me something, such as perseverance, team work, tactics.
If you like something, you try knowing more of it. You search information and get to understand its existence and meaning. If not, you get no interests in it at all. You will see that game is boring and twenty two guys are chasing a stupid ball.
Anyway, football gives me another view to witness the philosophy of life. It has its wisdom which shows us the beauty of power, wit of patience, pursuit of happiness and desire of success.
Whatever it is. It is there to hold and soon or later many guys choose to stay up for the opening game, Russia vs Saudi Arabia. I do not follow that ecstasy and will hit the hay. Next morning I will know which team wins.
