People will go nuts being home too long particularly in this special moment. And almost everyone wants to go out and go to work. It surely releases the stress generated in a-long-time-home-stay. Some guys have already gone back to work, but it does not mean the epidemic is canceled.

Till then we realize we are living together. Though after work we go home, we feel it is necessary and happy to say HELLO and Goodbye to each other on the way. We are not totally isolated and actually connected to each other so firmly.

A coin has its two sides. We have to discover the good side and make use of it lest we are overwhelmed.

Since it is not that convenient to go around. It provides us the time to do something else. Meditation is such a nice way to rethink of my experience which offers me the chance to calm down and look into my inner world. I clearly know what I want to have. At least, right now, I know of myself better than any time in my life before. All I need is to take a deep breath and focus.

Another advantage for me is to own plenty of time to read. Reading which I have referred many times before is really helpful. In the process of reading, I start to know the truth which I have never heard of. Original works definitely tell me what they are. As if I was unveiling the mystery which is the exciting moment to take me a ride to the true essence.

Right now, we should never lower our guard. At present we have no effective ways to fight against the novel virus but the immune system, we have to ask ourselves what exactly we can do. We absolutely have to do something and do not lose in the mess. Without a doubt, we never lose our nerve to live on.
