The tea is nice and I drink it with great satisfaction.

Apart from visiting to tombs and praying ancestors, I spent a week helping my family to pick tea in the tea garden during the Tomb Sweeping Festival.

Tea trees are growing well. It was a hard job and I was exhausted because I started out with picking early in mornings and went back late in evenings. Though the feeling of sore from my back and legs was an unforgettable memory, I'd like it so much since it was an experience that I could own to remember the old days and the hardship of life.

Such a job is not that easy. Tea is to be picked and then collected together for being processed in a machine. Right, it is convenient that we have saved time processing tea via machines.

Decades ago, it was all done by hands in a big wok fixed in a stove. At that time, hands were needed to endure high temperature over 100 Celsius degrees and press and stir tea firmly to dry it. Now we hardly meet tea processed with hands, mostly it is done by a machine.

The life condition is getting better and there is no need to sell for money anymore, now it is only for self use. The point is I had a ball.
