Mid-autumn day
The mid-autumn day is one of the traditional festivals in China and also popular among overseas Chinese. That is because we are deeply influenced by its common culture.
For most ones, they will have a three-day holiday due to this festival. They can schedule the routines for the holiday. While since the uncertainties of the covid-19, many trips are not for sure or just up to the situation if it is permitted or not to decide traveling around.
As for mooncakes I do not have any of them. They are either too salty or too sweet. I just cannot stand for that kind of ingredients wrapped in those mooncakes.
That round moon as a symbol of reunion reflects a strong sense of nostalgia. While for reasons, most guys just cannot go back to be with their families, especially their parents. Thanks for the convenience of phone call, we can call at any time so long as we want. Though it can not really replace the role of being together, it somehow can connect people who we love and miss.
Anyhow the moomlight is casting on the ground brightly. As if it was in the day and I see it quite well to bring me into a legendary world. This moment I am looking into the night and meditating in the silence. The tranquility is accompnaying me till I fall asleep.
