Flowery words are not approved when it comes to business English. The point of communication should be easy to understand in simplicity. Thus, it helps improve the efficiency of deals. Now that it is business which is supposed to be strict in terms and payment, everything detailed should be mentioned and patience is needed as negotiations will be done after several rounds of discussions and confirmations. But it follows the rules of writing and the one who are adequate to tackle with e-mails somehow must be good at writing with nimble reaction and meticulous logicality. It does cost much time to practice for growing to be qualified enough disposing of business.
