The weekend has come to an end, and everything returns to normal. The drizzle persists gently, wrapping the world in a soft calm — I love the stillness in the air. The best part of rainy days is how they quiet everything down, allowing me to focus on meditation.
The best way to clear the mind is to live simply, without being bothered by others. Just do what’s right and don’t pay attention to other people’s opinions. When I’m in that state, I feel more relaxed than ever.
Within the limitation of a lifetime, all one can do is emphasize what is truly meaningful. Thus, I’ve learned to judge, to choose, to confess, and to act.
