What Remains

To find the true self and dump the mess is not an act of forcing, but of awakened inner need. The noise we carry, expectations, comparisons, old fears, desires, anxieties, slowly fades when we stop feeding it. What remains is simpler, quieter, but far more real. The true self is not something to construct, it is something to uncover. By letting go of what is unnecessary, we create space for what is essential. In that space, there is ease, direction, and a steady sense of being. Life feels less like a struggle to become, and more like a return to what has always been there.
