Spinach soup I'll quickly prepare,
With mother which I could share.
Accompanied by such soft bread,
Truthfully we have been well-fed.

Days are long and nights short.
I'm to be sleepy as it turns hot.
Cool places are eagerly sought.
We continue using cooking pot.

Our green plants are growing so fast.
They know this phase can't long last.
All things would recede into the past.
Soon everyone will change into dust.

Water could not be used by anyone.
And the meter still continued to run.
This could be out of order I thought.
Afterwards I found the leaking spot.

Stems of green beans are very short.
Shortly they need frames to support.
I should set up them at the moment.
Wet weather triggers postponement.

Early morning right in guard's absence,
I returned to housing estate's entrance.
The locked side door made me hesitate.
Then I crossed the bar at its main gate.

Green plants enjoyed a soaking rain.
Then I need not irrigate them again.
The yield mainly depends on nature.
How small is every peasant's power！

I may return to our flat each day.
It's just short visit without delay.
I will leave old house in morning；
Retrace in case mother's waking.

I scratched dirt under my chin.
I heated water by our iron pot.
So shortly I'd washed off a lot.

It's been drizzling with little sunlight.
These plants are hard to gain height.
For heaven's eye just comes in sight,
I can wash dirty clothes with delight.

Computer was taken back to our bungalow,
That can't be connected to Internet though.
Within it I'd stored many English materials,
Which I'll study instead of watching serials.

All fuels were moved into the shed.
And forecast downpour does come,
Which could no more do any harm.

We cannot just transplant there.
We’d better take ceaseless care.
We must not only have a desire.
But act, or we’ll fall into despair.

Something can have a better use.
We might misuse with an excuse.
And we tend to have deep regret,
Also affected by emotional upset.
