Sunnyv said:"go forward with confidence", it is right, frankly speaking I lose my confidence at first, in that night my boss took me home and told me it was a chance for me to learn, it is exact, so now I am ok, yesterday I do a big improvement in machine and I believe it will give us big benefit, so I think confidence comes from doing right thing and getting rich experience, how do you think about? No matter what happen in the future, I will do it all the time.

- I think the most happiness thing is --in the right time, with the right person, do the right thing. As long as you think it's right, be confident and go ahead.

- Good. We can show our abilities in any job. All types of work and task need effort and persistence. You will always be better than others if you do more and try harder than others.
You know, in my first job, most of the things I did was wrong and I was criticized by my managers all the time. At that time, I thought I was incapable but later I discovered that it was because my lack of experience and confidence. I tried hard to learn everything I could and soon I was in control of my work. Bosses were full of smiles and compliments. Thereon, I learnt whatever I could and those knowledge rewarded me later when I needed it.
First, be good and effective at your work and when you have sufficient knowledge and experience, you can set your vision further to build a good future for yourself. Good luck to you, mt friend.

- We accumulate confidence from experience. Go for with confidence is a good sentence which can support us to move forward. Though we make mistakes sometimes, actually they are also the experience gives us the knowledge about how to do better, on other words, it is another confidence we gained from adversity.
