Have a nap on after noon

I am a little tired in this morning, and want to take leave; but I know taking leave can’t help me to be good in the sleepy situation, so I decide to have a nap after lunch, then I feel better.
I read a little story before about bear, it stay in a dangerous place and have no way to get out, so it have a nap and wait the people to help that, this story makes me happy in that day and I remember it, so today I take similar action.

- Don't take leave unless you really have to. Bosses think employees are not responsible if they take leave frequently.
Just take a nice rest and you would be fine. Don't make yourself too exhausted or tired.

- In fact, a nap in the noon would be energetic for you to work well in the afternoon. Usually it does not cost much time, probably fifteen minutes is enough to rest up well.
