Most illness was caused by not enough sleep

Maybe one day you fall ill and think the cause is that we don’t have a strong body; several years ago,  an old man told me that if we had a cold, the cause is that we don’t have enough sleep and the best recovery approach is to have enough sleep; I didn’t agree it privately at that time; but as time goes on, I have more evidence to prove it is right; the simple example is that if you have bad sleep last night, you will have laziness status this day,  even sore throat or sneeze; and most people don’t want the horrible status, especially as a manager to face many employees. All of us know the pression exist  in everyone, but we must balance the work time and sleep time; to say the least, enough sleep can give us healthy body, don’t we need healthy body?

Yes, you are right. Our body is designed for 12 hours work and and 8-12 sleep.

When we are sleeping, our body do all repair work. Our brain organize all the events and information of the day and then rest. Our bodies restore our tired bones, joints and blood circulation. If we do not sleep enough, our resistance to illness is down and we could easily fall sick.

To me sleeping is nice because that is the only time I can forget everything for a while. I have a friend who need sleep so that he says; ''Anyone who disturb my sleep will face hell''.

When we sleep enough and eat healthily, we have lots of energy for the day, especially for those who have lots of work to do.

We know the sleep is very important in our life, just sometime we can not go into deep sleep for long time, maybe drinking too much before go to bed, than we have to get up in the midnight, or some noisy making you wake up, and hardly to go again, so form a good habit is important that go to bed early and to be a early bird as well. maybe could be helpful for healthy.
