As the topic noted ,how can we be stronger man ? stronger means many sides ,such as heatlh ,mental ,and physical .etc. you know many person have the high pressure about the work,marriage ,study etc. how can we turn pressure into a motive force can anyboday give some suggestions .tks inadvance !

- When you ask this question, that means you are not a weak man. You know you have inadequacies and you want to improve yourself. You know you can do it. Someday you will feel yourself strong, powerful and independent. There is no such thing as a natural strong or powerful man. It is terrible to have a strong body but a weak mind. We all have the brains, hands, feet, eyes, emotion and thoughts etc.
The first step to being strong is knowledge. Knowledge is power. Next is to develop your ability to face crises and disappointments. The more you fall, the more power you have to face adversities. Do not let adversities stop you, Use your experience to attain your aspirations then eventually you will have a strong inner feeling of security, power and independence.
