a conflict about the rent house

- Yesterdy l was about to rashing out to skate , my favorite activities . but an idea hit me that l should give a phone to my landlord . then a conflict occurred . he said that l must leave the house util the October 20th . But according to the contract between l and he , l could stay in the house util October 27th . so the 7 days is missed . in this case , l must insist my request . But he ignored my insistence which infuriated me very much . l shouted at him to express my anger and then he hang up .
after the quarrel , l made my mind quiet quickly as l know this is just a little affair which does not worth my energy . and the last problem for me is that how could l reduce the chance which could make bad effect to me . my decision is that l would call him the next day to contact him to find the proper way to settle this conflict . This affair is caused by him , but this affair is between me and him . l should reduce the damage to me regardless who should be accused of the fault . If that guy is a sensible person , l would cooperate with him , if not l just should keep distance from him . the reason to contact him the next day is that l dont want that he regarded as a timid guy .
But in the midnight , my landlord visited me for the solution about this conflict . and finally we got the final consensus .

- Seems you have over-reacted on a small matter. You are a smart guy and you can certainly convince the landlord if you are on the right side. There are so many complexities and unreasonable situations in our lives, so we have to how to control our temper. Landlords are known to be mean and money grabbing, so it is not worth arguing with them. Anyway, the matter is now resolved, so you know what to do when you come across these things in future.
Previously, a landlord want to charge me higher rent because I am a foreigner, so I gave him a nice lecture and told him to keep the apartment for his own use and I don't need it. I rented a nice apartment in the next building with much cheaper rent. Whenever, I meet him, I show him some funny face.
