I am a mechanical engineer and my responsibility is to make up the 

General Powder Diffractometer which is a experiment facility using 

neutron source and a part of China Spallation Neutron Source. 

The work schedule in our institute is flexible. I get up before 

8 o'clock am but not earlier than 7 o'clock. Recently a Shaobing, 

a fried egg and a bowl of egg soup is my breakfast. I usually come 

to my office before 8:30 am that is determined by the time when 

I get up. There is a meeting on Friday or Wednesday morning. In the 

rest of the working time I research literature, design and plot some 

instruments, contact the workshops or the suppliers, and so on. 

At 12 o'clock my wife waits for me at Yuquan crossing to have lunch 

in a noshery or a restaurant nearby. After work having sports from 

5:30 pm to 8:00 pm is my favourite, playing shuttlecock on Tuesday 

and playing basketball on other days. When the sweat is on all over 

my body, I go home and have supper with my wife. Maybe do some 

housework or watch TV for several dozens minutes at the end of the 

day. These above are my whole day life.
