it's the first time i hear the food name, even i don't know what it is through the chinese words.

after i search it by google, i realized that is so dirty. which is the cow food, but it have not digested yet. after kill the cow, people will cut the stomach, and take the undigested food from the stomach and cook new food for people. i can't bear it, why people have to eat this kinds of stuff. there have a lot of delicous food can be eaten. why have to eat this dirty food. unbelievable
