Just Take it Easy
This morning, I checked the receipt of a package over the phone call to a logistics company, only to find that the woman on the other side was so rude. She told me she was very busy and would not check that for me on the first call. I called again to ask for their company's address, I decided to pick up the package by myself because the client was in great need of those things inside. She shouted, and finally I could not help shouting back.
Hours after that call, I could not calm down. When I think it over, I found it was not all her fault. If I did not shout back but told her that I would call her later when she was no so busy, then I would not be so unhappy at the moment. Just take it easy and keep telling myself to be elegant before getting angry. To be a lady, means a lot.

- I'm very understand your feeling.In fact,we do not belong to the category person who may easily lose their tempers.But in specail circumstance or some special words,we will be irritated.Then when calm down,we will regret our behavior.

- Busy as was the woman on the other end of the phone, she was not entitled to be rude and shout to her customer. To deal with this kind of people, sometimes I would remind them that they are being rude, and that I would like to talk to their manager ... anyway, this is my way to deal with people, which I learn from having been living in the US for so many years -- I respect people, and I would like people to respect me, too. But I wonder if my way would work in China. hehe.
