Did I make the right decision?
After applying for the resignation, I was asked for to have a talk with my supervisor. During the short conversation,he didn't say much about my current job. Unexpectedly he said gave me another position in our department. Honestly to say, I don't wanna continue my job,for there is no future in the company. However, considering many things, I decided to stay here temporarily. I don't know whether I did the right decision,But I will try to do it.

- have a try, in the cross rode of ur life, u never know what meets u at the corner unless u go there. every company has same situation to some extent, adjust yourself maybe the best choice

- The idea of offering you a post in another department indicates your value in the company and the desire of the company to meet your needs. This is a sincere gesture which you should appreciate. Next, you will have to see what the new position offers. Should it not meet your expectations or the job still offers no future, then you have every right to resign and find another job. Give yourself and the company a chance.

This is aMy friend,firstly,thanks for your nice advice. To be frank, the job,which the company offered, was not so good. However,it's worth trying,beacause it can improve and pratise myself. If some day I have the ability to get a better job, I will leave here without hesitation.
