Self-employ staff---hard experience

It's been near a whole month since I was back home from South of china .As before,I am out of job . I don't want to just idle away my time without any practical work.Just ,Cleaning house, doing cook ,washing clothes are basic work I must do and everyone should do as a woman. So I am occupied by those chores is only an excuse that I am not willing to improve myself. I should do something. The first thing I can do is to continue my Taobao business.
After doing some investigation on taobao, I find I should exchange my mind:
First , To take advantiage of the existing supply resources is a good policy to ensure a certain profits . As a distributer , you just can earn a very little profits. So I must put off the distributed items from shelf , And change my business line.
Second, You should learn more how to promote your products. what the strategy you use, what the details you know about your products. I feel strongly how tough and strong whose who do their Taobao shop good business are ! how much they has paid ! It's really a not easy processing ! I should follow their foot-print to do better！ strive on！
Third, Since I choose the way of self-employ，I should know clearly the only one I can rely on is myself. Don't make troubles to other. life is just ike this ,you smile to him ,he will smile to you ; you cry to him ,he will cry to you ! how much you pay , how much you earn !
Fourth, It's very important to make a time schedule. If not, you never know when you get up in the morning and when you go to sleep in the everning . The irregular time list makes things inefficiency and tiring . I should adjust all of them to normal way.
I hope I can persevere in that and have some success in future. Best wish for myself

- Well, the elders always say 'a salary job has no future'. The Chinese word 'work' has no top opening. Whether that is true or not depends on a lot of circumstances, but still, I do encourage friends to work for themselves or to be self-employed. When you are self employed, you are answerable to yourself and your success or failure all depends on yourself.
I remember I had a few jobs before starting my own trading business.
At that time, I asked myself constantly, why should I work for the employers? I can do what they can do too, albeit, on a smaller scale.
Later, the popularity of computers affected my business because anybody can do trading business and win my customers with lower prices. I had to compete with a lot of others who are willing to work with low profit. Thanks god, I started earlier than them and already made substantial money before they came in. I am still young and can afford to live comfortably but why should I stop here? I would surely continue to use my own abilities and make further achievements.
Nowadays, self-employed opportunities are unlimited. Taobao has given the chance to young people to start their own business with small money and big market. Today Taobao is the world's second largest online shopping platform (first is Amazon of USA). The fact that you can see couriers delivering packages in villages, towns and cities is testament to the business activities and success of Taobao. However, there are a lot of people in Taobao already so there is tough competition. There is a reasonable chance to succeed if you have attractive things to offer, good management and trust.
Yes, a time schedule is important, otherwise you won't be able to control and use your times wisely. A good time schedule should be able to tell you where your time went and what you should avoid to save time. Time is money, you know.
Nothing planned, nothing done. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
