Youth doesn’t mean a certain process of life, but a state of mind

Youth doesn’t simply mean a certain process of life, but a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, good shapes, and agile actions. It is a strong will, deep imagination, rich emotions; it is full of enthusiasm toward life.
Youth means we dare to do anything and never fear of fails. We have got more courage rather than timidity, spirit of adventure over love of safe and sound. This often appears not only in a man of their twenties, but more often in the man of sixties. No one grows merely by accumulation of times, we grow old by abandon our ideas. Time may wrinkle our skin, but to give up motivations of the life, we wrinkle our soul. Disappointment, fear, self-distrust make our hearts hurt and turns our souls back to dust.
No matter how old we are, in our hearts there are curiosity about unknown, childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of enjoying the game of living. In our deep region of hearts, there is a vacuum area; so long as it is attracted by beauty, hope, love, courage, and strong will power, we are still young.
If this very certain place vanished, our souls are covered with misery and pessimism, then we have grown old, even we are in our twenties; but as long as we defend the very area firmly, and make it full of optimism, self-contentment, enjoy our lives, a brave heart, we may forever young, even we are old, for youth is a state of mind, not a time of life.
