There are two man colleagues in our office,and they smoke everyday.it really smells bad.but two of them are both my leaders,i have no gut to remind them that you should not smoke in the office
.do you have any good suggestions about this?or maybe something effective ways to reduce the smell of smoke?

- Feel sorry for you having to work in a place which feels like a giant ashtray. Actually smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere, but since those are your leaders, you don't have the power to complain.
It is not easy to get rid of cigarette smoke smell. Even the hotels have problems stopping the smell. Smoke smell sticks onto most things like clothes, hair, furniture etc and will remain for long time.
There are some plants which you can buy from the flower vendors or you can spray some pleasant scent around your desk weekly.

- It is really very bad that people smoke in office. According to your condition, it is hard to let your leaders know to avoid smoking there.
I have no more ideal suggestions for that. Only can I say is to try your best to avoid having as much as harmful air in the office. If possible, go for a walk after lunch for a while and inhale some fresh air outdoors. Or you can go the rest room on regular basis, to have a face washing and take a break. If it is permitted, you can open the window to exchange the contaminated indoors air.
What is more. Fruit, like pears are good for lungs. Eating some of them is a nice choice.
Any small action can be something good.
