Open my Outlook; of course I need to deal with Flower’s email at first. Luckily she doesn’t have anything for me to do today. I just had a conference call with Flower and American customers. Only through the conference call, I knew my listening ability wasn’t good enough.

Big Fatso’s customer needs me to provide wireless parameters and I’ll just provide it to him. The guy works in a similar company and I don’t know why he buys product from us. Maybe he wants to do his own business, however, it’s none of my business.

Minye has a lot of customer, most of whom have a lot of requests and I’m really tired of them. I have no choice since I work in the company. The only thing for me to do is to deal with their requests patiently.

Minye’s Slovakia customer had a lot of requests. Because Slovakia is a small country and I guess its market saturation makes him offer many requests. It’s really a little waste of time and energy to satisfy his requests, but as a technician, I had no power to make the decision. While trying to do his requests, Simon asked me to configure her outlook. She even doesn’t know how to use windows OS, I wonder why does she insist on using MAC OS? Probably she thinks using an apple computer is higher than windows user. While writing, Big Fatso gave me four emails again and I had to deal with them later.

In a word, finish all Minye’s requests at first. The Slovakian guy only asked me to do default settings of modem. Though it was simple, it’s still as waste of time. Swiss…The quality director said his computer OS was crashed and asked me to repair it. I really regretted that I did the network administrator job for 400 Yuan. I had no interest to do that kind of job and asked my junior Hony to do it for me. Swiss customer was rude and always offered difficult requests. Minye was often abused by this customer.

Swiss guy asked me to provide test report of bonding. The quality director again came to me and Hony couldn’t do anything to help him. Alas, I had to go there and let quality director Han borrow CD driver to install system. Only a Dell computer, Han didn’t know how to enter Bios. Actually by pressing button F2 was OK.

Finally I came back to deal with Swiss guy. I felt my time was killed by this kind of trifle day after day. We even don’t have bonding DSLAM and how can we provide bonding test report? As for 17a bonding, we only received chipset from BOM and haven’t finished sample. In my own heart, what’s the meaning of satisfying his request? He has no purpose to offer these requests and we can’t have order from him.

As for Minye’s Poland customer, he only bought 300 pieces of VoIP router and offered dozens of requests. Even though we can earn 100 Yuan for each piece, it’s unworthy to spend time and energy satisfying his requests.

Now it’s time to deal with Big Fatso’s email. A customer asked whether we had WiMAX product and we don’t have this kind of product. Another customer needed to have Y-cable for bonding modem. One is 4-PIN RJ11 and the other end is 2-PIN RJ11(two in total). As for HPNA function, we don’t support that kind of function.

Then it’s time for lunch.

hey, you guys seems to be busy this morning, but i admire you that you still have such a long time to write this long enough article, haha,
In a word , customers are god.
In my daily job,  i will force to deal with them, some are kind while others i feel just unable to communicate with, only i can do is refund or send replacement to them, as long as they feel happy.

In a word
hehe, I just want to see what I do for a morning. Our Boss said there were three kinds of company. The first is to lead customers such as apple. The second is to satisfy customers such as Huawei. The third is to do its own job regardless of customers.
