I had dry bread for breakfast and fried rice with a little carrot for lunch and nothing for supper to resolve the 3G issue so that my boss and director could earn more money, but none of them pitied me and berated me for this and that. Though I was a gentle guy, I became really angry.

Though they were above me, I didn’t think I enjoyed their attitude to me. To be honest, even though Pakistani client gave a big order up to 1 million, I could get nothing. My salary was still the same, however, I tried really hard to resolve the problem. I was supposed to leave for China tonight, but there was still a small issue to be resolved. The colleagues in China did work hard too, all of us tried our best to work. But sometimes, you had to admit reality wasn’t the same as ideal. My flight was delayed to Monday and my director wasn’t happy because it cost more than budget.

In order to save money, I lived in dorm of client company. Last year, Robin and I went to Pakistan together. He wasn’t willing to live in dorm and said it was more important to maintain health. He was a really nice guy. Originally he tried to save money for the boss and the boss never thought of it. One time, he spent a little more on Taxi in Turkey for taxi there was really expensive. When he came back, the boss criticized him severely. So Robin answered angrily, “I will always look for a bus later wherever I go.” Though the fee of Marriott was really high, Robin decided to live in.

Heart is really the same. If you don’t treat other people well, then they will treat you badly. Even though you’re boss, if you don’t treat your employee well, don’t expect them to earn money for you eagerly. So I just handled things in Pakistan regardless of work in China even though there were already hundreds of mails now. I could handle them here in midnight, but I can’t, thinking of their attitude. I’m not afraid of being fired, so I can become tough as the same as my boss. You can find your own employee and I can find my own employer. You can be tough on me and I can be tough on you.

Being always obedient isn’t a nice way. Sometimes you have to rebel to win your own right. Just think of the history of China, all new dynasties were founded by rebellion. If you can’t stand your unfair treatment, being tough is the only way, my friends.
