residence migration

Hot 21062 views. 2014-7-13 23:37 | advantages, convenient, developed, because, whether

About residence migration from a countryside of HN to GZ city, there are several advantages and dis-advantages, but I can't make a decision whether to do it. What good ideas do you have, can you help me?

Advantages: It's convenient for me to live, because I want to live in the city, I like the developed area.

Disadvantages: 1.I will lose the farmland at my hometown, but some people tell me that farmland in the countryside is worthy in these days;2.The house price is too high, I can't afford it, and I don't know how long I can earn enough money to buy a house at GZ.

You are smart to consult and think seriously about relocating before actually making the move. I have lived in quite a lot of different cities in China and around the world in the course of my business, therefore, I suppose I should be able to give some advice.

First, people are designed to be attached to their place of origin instead of being migratory. A person can seldom feel secure, happy or successful outside of his own domicile. We often hear people say, East or West, home is the best. You know your own place the best, your roots, family and friends are there. In a new city, you would feel somewhat alien. You would have to start from zero and it would be a long time before you can feel settled.

Excuse me for being contradictory, but in this modern world, with all the efficient transportation, people tend to be transient and migratory. Quite a lot of them are successful by bravely venturing into the unknown.

Actually, It all depends on your mentality, family setup, your abilities to live in an  unfamiliar city and the opportunities available, and the chances of you  at your being happy and succeed. Losing your farmland is too much to loose because the farmland in China are quite valuable and more than sufficient for you to buy a house in the big cities. Sometimes, we cannot consider too much as there are too many considerations.

Guangzhou is a civilized, stable, developing and active city. The people there are friendly and caring by nature. There are many advantages compared to other cities.

You really have a tough and difficult decision in front of you. I know it is hard for you to make a final decision. After thinking it over and you believe it is better to make a move then by all means go ahead and do it. Probably, if you don't change nothing would change. Wish you the best.

Don't worry my friend. You won't lose homeland of your hometown, you just make your life more interesting, what I mean you can have and deserves to have both, something is good in front of your eyes, you should go to get it and enjoy it as a pleasure experience. Of course, choice is made by you.
