Years ago, I went to HK to participate in the jewellery show in HK, our HK office prepared a coffee maker on the exhibition booth, I found that it very helpful since we got up very early in the morning and slept late in the night during that period of time.

Every day in the morning, each of us would like to drink a cup of coffee to wake up. Most of my colleagues were from Antwerp. To my surprise they have the habit of drinking coffee without sugar and milk and they have lots of coffee in a day. Maybe from then on, I began to drink coffee and became fall in love with it, I guess is it due to the coffee from the coffee maker tastes better.

After the show, my boss bought a coffee maker from HK too, it cost maybe more than 10.000RMB and the machine works very well, all of us like it very much. The materials are expensive too, each cup of coffee costs about 12RMB on average. Every time when my boss when to HK, he will buy some coffee materials, such as coffee milk, sugar and coffee stirrers and so on.

Most customers like our coffee very much, now it become kind of office culture in our company, when some come to visit, we would ask proudly that if they want a cup of coffee or tea. My boss collects many kinds of tea in office too, green tea, black tea that I don’t know the name of.

I usually feel tired in the afternoon, as most people do, I will make a cup of coffee for myself, it repels my tiredness very quickly so that I am able to concentrate on my work. My boss is generous enough to allow us to make coffee to ourselves although it’s not a small amount of money every month.
