I’d like to share a good news here about my son. After we finished today’s assignments, which includes frog jumping, for body exercise, and a picture book read by my son’s teacher, without doubts, all the classes were prepared videos.  

Each day, the head teacher will send a voice message to call the babies to get up at 8’oclock, and then starts the class at 9 am. Most of the time my son is the first one to send feedback, his videos, we are asked to keep a video when babies were having classes.

Although some of the parents think it is not necessary for a kindergarten student to have online classes, I do thumb up for the class.

 In my opinion, we can live a much regular life. Before the class started, we got up late than 9 am, sometimes, late than 10am, which really disturbed me a lot. But now we all get up before 8. And we strictly follow the time table of the kindergarten.

Maybe it is because of my son’s quick response, his teacher asked him to be the little reporter of his class. Miss Huang said Henry is outgoing and talkative, and he can express himself well, and he can speak every word very clearly. I hope he can be the reporter of the class.

I am so glad to hear that. Henry is my son’s English name, and his Chinese name is 恒睿. As I had said before he only stayed 28 days in kindergarten. Most of his classmates like him very much. Miss Huang once said to me that, some of the boys are fight to be my son’s friends. He is so popular in his class, so I could put my worries aside when he went to the kindergarten at the first semester.  

I am a stay- at –home mother and I am with him every second of everyday. He is good at speaking due to my efforts I think. I taught him a lot of short chants when he was less than two years old. Sometimes we sing English songs together, and we recite the classic Poems of the Tang dynasty. He can recognize about 200 Chinese characters now. I didn’t force him to learn, it’s kind of daily routine for us. I think a good habit is much more important than knowledge.

Hope he could be a better Henry for his hardworking. And I wish he could make progress step by step. I will set a good example for him. Love him forever and be with him forever, I will keep that promise.
