The manipulators know how many chips the individual investors hold through counting their own holding. At the end of the bear market they begin to collect chips at low price, the more the better and the cheaper the better. I found a manipulator even had been collecting chips for four years. It is really unbelievable but it is true. I congratulate myself that I may find a large bull stock. I wonder why the stock was not pushed up at price though the company is not bad. Of course, in the past four years the price was not kept in a straight line. It has been waving with the amplitude of fluctuation about 50 percent. As we know that the manipulator won’t make money within such narrow space. Then what did the manipulator want to do through a fruitless trip? The answer is that it wanted to collect the most chips and cut down its cost of holding. The manipulator knows that there will be a bull market after several years’ bear market. Now the bull market has come but the manipulator seems not to be anxious. It keeps the price at a narrow space. I called this the cold washing chips. It may drive away those who want to make money urgently. The longer the manipulator keeps the trend, the better the effect is. If you’re not strategic investors but speculators, you won’t bear it.
