A friends asked a question on my blog about a terrible accident.I have no idea of the detail of the  investigation .what i wanna say is that, lots of engineering accidents or disasters that happened in china usually would be concealed by the bureaucracy. if they can't , they would  blame temporary workers for the casualties, such as the fire accident in ShangHai, or they would blame the dismissed officer, like the railway minister LiuZhiJun who has already been in jail when the WenZhol high-speed train crashed.well, what the hell is that ? if you asked, whether there would be anyone who was responsible for the accident, i would tell you there must be someone but not the real one.
