My dream will come true one day !

It has been a long time since I wrote my 1st diary in the end of year 2012. because all my time have been contributed to my last garment merchandiser job in 2013. I’m in charge of the whole procedure from discuss garment detail with new buyers on Canton Fair , work out a competitive quotation to buyer, and then follow up the order along with arrange samples , purchase bulk fabric & trimmings till deliver the goods to appointed forwarder.
Although I was exhausted in that small garment factory last year, I gained practical knowledge on garment making’s fabric character distinction and fabric consumption which were the experience I cannot obtain in my 1stjob in Foreign Trading Co.
Finally I can start to struggle for my dream this year , I change my job to an export company which has it’s own fashionable men’s wear brand and has about 300 exclusive stores all over the country. They has wholly owned subsidiary as the production base in Guangzhou, I work in their headquarter which has many excellent intermediate and senior management, and my goal in this year is became the Foreign Trade Manager in their company .
Well , I’m not daydreaming , when I came to have an interview in this company , and learnt that they have many agency & franchiser in domestic market , but only has 2 long time cooperation foreign buyers , their oversea market almost was empty . this year they would like to recruit a foreign trade salesman to develop new buyers through Global Source Website. And after cautiously consider , I give up other higher salary job , and come to work in this company with a lower basic salary, the most intriguing to me was their platform and potential customer. I know it’s either my choice or a risk .
Today is my 3rd working day , I’m preparing the website translate , styles quotation & information reorganization. And the next step is learning how to develop the customer through Global Source , and get new orders & sales commissions quickly, so that I can edge myself into management layer next year.
Hence , dear Dioenglish friends , I believe most of you are has sufficient foreign trade experience develop customer through the website , and I’ll appreciate it if you can pass on your experience to me with many thanks .

I has some client of ladies fashion garments , but none of Men suits client . I'm confident on their quality , but worry about their high price cannot accepted by new customers. It will hit my confidence if I cannot get any buyer in 3 months ,I hope sb. can give me some suggestion here.
