Today is wednesday, i only have two classes from 10:00 am to 11:40 as usual. of course, we can stay in bed for a long time. these days ,my sleep is not good. i go to bed at 10:30, but the fact is that i can't fall asleep at 12:00. when under these circumstance, i would be anxious and want to cry. why can't i fall asleep? how tough time. in the morning, i would wake up at about 6:oo am, lying in bed with eyes open. what wrong with me? big tree asked me if i was worried about something. think carefully, i will take part in the self-study exam in April, which will affect my mood.
if i spend more time to prepare the exam, it is unnecessary to worry about it. don't be lazy. only let myself bussy, do not waste the time.

- Sleep quality can affect a person deeply. Should you have less than 8 hours quality sleep, you are likely to wake up feeling like floating around aimlessly, tired and unable to concentrate.
Try to do some exercise to make yourself tired before sleep. Make sure your mind is quiet and relaxed. Have an alarm to wake you up instead of relying on your mind to wake you up. Allow yourself some time to fall asleep and don't become too upset if you can't fall asleep. The doctors say that any person who did not sleep for 3 days would automatically fall asleep even if he is sitting on a chair or there are lots of noise around him.
I think you should be able to overcome your sleep problem, one way or the ways and would be able to face the studies and exam with good energy. Wish you the best.
